Dielheim/Heidelberg 28 April 2011. After a short test phase euroPLX has now established the "No-Appointments Visitor" status for late registrants starting with euroPLX 46 Vienna which will be held on May 30 and 31, 2011. 
 
The registration deadline for this euroPLX Meeting is on 12 May 2011, but delegates missing the deadline still have an option: After this date the "Register now" button will change into "Register as No-Appointments Visitor", a status which euroPLX tested earlier this year in order to help those who missed the deadline.
 
For a minimal registration fee "No-Appointments Visitors" are entitled to have full access to the "Collaboration Interests" of the regular participants, receive the conference papers, have meals, and refreshments. This allows them to stay in the all-day coffee and refreshments area and the pre-function room. Here they are able to meet and speak with the regular participants during their breaks, at lunch, dinner, breakfast, and other occasions.
 
No-Appointments Visitors are also entitled to book a hotel room at discounted euroPLX rates, subject to availability.
 
There are two restrictions, however: No-Appointments Visitors will be unable to enter their own Collaboration Interests (partnering information) into the online system, and they will not participate in any scheduled appointments.
