Langford Reasearch Managaing Director Ken Kirby announced today that Sancilio & Company, Inc. is joinging Langford in the Florida Blood Centers space.  "We are excited to have such a premier pharmaceutical pioneer partnering with us in this lab," Kirby said.  

SCI will move its automated HPLC analysis suite along with its fomulation labs and stability chambers to make room for expanded quality control and assurance in its Riviera Beach clean room and production facility.

Director of Operations Fred A. Sancilio said, "The Blood Center space will allow us the luxury of room."  Lab Director Dr. Clem Woghiren will manage lab operations on a day-to-day basis.  We anticipate moving in with 5 associates and will add one or two more as business develops.

Langford MD Kirby said that the partnership will enable Langford to progress TransDermal Technologies' development process apace.  "We now expect to get TDS-Testosterone and perhaps an NSAID combination product on stability studies shortly after the lab is fully operational."  We can now add SCI's capabilities to our offerings to partners as well."
