BioProgress plc completes name change to Meldex International Plc

London, UK, 13 September 2007: BioProgress Plc ('BioProgress' or the 'Company') (AIM: BPRG), the specialty pharma and healthcare company, is pleased to announce that at its EGM held earlier today, the resolution to change the Company"s name from BioProgress Plc to Meldex International Plc was duly passed.
The Company will trade trade under the ticker MDX on the AIM market with effect from 14 September 2007.
