AGI Therapeutics plc, announced its admission to trading on AIM and IEX in a €42.5 Million (£29.2 million) Placing on 27 February 2006, which was arranged by Davy. AGI is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on gastrointestinal drug products derived from the Known Molecular Entity approach to drug re-profiling and development.

Bridgehead International carried out independent due diligence on behalf of AGI and Davy in the form of what is known as the 'Experts' Report', which was published in the Listing Document.

The publication of a report of this type satisfies regulatory requirements in certain cases, but it is the process leading up to its preparation that adds real value.
