Paris, France : - Ethypharm announced today changes in its Board of Directors and in the organisation of the company.
Further to the leading DDS Company Management restructuration, Patrice Debregeas, former President and CEO has been dismissed by the shareholders Assembly on November, 10th 2005.
Gérard Leduc, former COO, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as President and CEO, Henry Martin as vice CEO and Pascal Oury as Head Pharmacist.
New Directors include Henry Martin, Sébastien Rozès (ABN AMRO) and Bertrand Hieaux (former banker).
The Company now will benefit from a united and cohesive general management team to increase its worldwide presence and expertise.
