Initially, his role at HEALTHPOINT included developing the original HEALTHPOINT sales force, which has now grown into a multi-divisional professional organization with international reach. In 1996, Mr. Steadman was promoted to Vice President of Sales for the Acute Care and Extended Care Divisions, and in 1999 he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Medical Division. In 2000, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of DFB Pharmaceuticals. In 2002, he led the formal strategic planning process for the DFB companies and continues to be a member of the management board.
