BIO BALANCE and DSS INFOTECH INTERNATIONAL complete development of a prototype program that calculates the high and low affinities of BIO BALANCE'S two-state, biophysical model for the initial receptor response. "This will allow researchers to enter their raw dose-response data and obtain a complete set of fitted parameters to our biophysical model." said Richard Lanzara, President of BIO BALANCE. This should encourage the research community to use this model to fit their dose-response curves and obtain meaningful biophysical parameters for their investigational drugs.
