Release issued 19th November 2001

The Turkish patent Institute has issued the first "Inspected Patent" under the title "Nimesulide Containing Topical Formulations" for SULIDIN® (Topical Nimesulide Gel). The patent approval dated 21.9.2001, Number TR 2001 00455B follows notification by the EPO that all the claims were deemed to have the properties of novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability. This event marks the beginning of a series of anticipated patent approvals covering many different territories worldwide.

Although Embil is a Pharmaceutical company operating in Turkey, patent applications have been made on a worldwide scale, in order that a potential client or licensee who wants a global brand may have the opportunity of securing the unique properties of this invention in all markets of interest.

(17th November 2004) Sulidin® 1% Nimesulide LPS® gel receives European and US Patents

(7th November 2004) New Clinical Study results on SULIDIN® 1% Nimesulide LPS gel presented at the 8'th World Congress on Clinical Pharamacology and Therapeutics, Brisbane, Australia, 1-6 August 2004.

(29th December 2003) Two papers on Neo-Penotran® Forte and Neo-Penotran® Forte-L have been accepted for presentation at the 4'th World Conference on Vaginitis, Costa Rica, 10-13 Jan 2004

(6th June 2003) Australian Patent Approval announced for SULIDIN LPS (Topical Nimesulide Gel) formulation.
