Full description

KSR1 PS392 (rabbit polyclonal)
This antibody was raised against a decapeptide incorporating phosphorylated Ser 392 of KSR1, conjugated to KLH. It works in Western blot and immunoprecipitation. Exhibits cross-reactivity with KSR2 and human KSR1.  Publications available upon request.

B-myb (rabbit polyclonal) -
This antibody was raised against a GST fusion protein encoding AA 553-611 of human B-myb and should also recognize mouse B-myb. It is useful for Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunofluorescence. Publications available upon request.

B-myb C (rabbit polyclonal) -
prepared against a GST fusion protein encoding AA 615-635 of mouse B-myb. This antibody has been used for Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.

B-myb N (rabbit polyclonal) -
prepared against a GST fusion protein encoding AA 1-30 of mouse B-myb. Cross reacts with human B-myb. This antibody has been used for Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.

KSR1 epi3 (rabbit polyclonal) -
prepared against a GST fusion protein encoding AA 214-247 of human KSR1. This antibody has been used in Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.

KSR2-S2 aka 5215 (rabbit polyclonal) -
This antibody is raised against a GST fusion protein encoding AA 168-262 of mouse KSR2. This antibody has been used for Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.

OTK18 (monoclonal antibody) -
Antibody to detect OTK18 (aka NEBR1). OTK18 mAbs were generated by s.c. injection of His-tagged OTK18 1-178(1-178) truncated recombinant protein purified from BL21(DE3)LysS E. coli using a pET-28a+ vector into female BALB/c mice.  Has been used for in ELISA, Western blotting, and IHC procedures.  Could also be a potential diagnostic marker of potential HIV cases.  Publications available upon request.

Coxsackie Monoclonal Antibody -
Monoclonal antibody which recognizes the extracellular domain of the coxsackievirus B3 receptor protein. Uses include western blotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and immunoaffinity purification.  Publication available upon request.

Cadherin - 11 Antibody (monoclonal) -
Antibody which can detect human cadherin-11 protein. Uses include immunoblotting, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation assays.
