SPHR913 anti-wrinkle serum is an innovative product researched and developed to lessen the effects of skin ageing. The key ingredient is telmesteine (N-carbetoxy-4-tiazolidin carboxylic acid) .

Telmesteine has a number of key benefits, which makes it suitable as a powerful anti-wrinkle serum:

1) demonstrates an inhibitory effect against two metalloproteases, specifically MMP-2 and MMP-9, which breaks down collagen. These effects were demonstrated in vitro and were evident even at very low levels of telmesteine (from 7mM to 10mM) . Collagen degradation is one of the principal reasons why wrinkles develop.

2) inhibits leukocyte elastase. In vitro results showed that telmesteine inhibited leukocyte elastase, again at a very low level (100uM) . Elastin degradation is another factor that leads to wrinkle onset.

3) has an anti-hyaluronidase effect. The main function of Hyaluraric Acid is to lubricate knee, elbow, finger and toe joints.
