Out-licensing

Our clients have a patent available for acquisition or licensing for a novel preparation method of Rabeprazole in the EU and Turkey (excluding Portugal)

Rabeprazole, an anti-ulcer drug is currently only available in tablet form; our clients however have a patent that allows for the delivery of Rabeprazole as an injection. The method specifically provides a stabilized pharmaceutically acceptable dosage form of proton pump inhibitors and a lyophilized (freeze dried) injection of Rabeprazole.

As the patent covers the EU market and Turkey, our clients are looking for a partner with a European presence (excluding Portugal) to either acquire or out-license this novel patent.

 

Early Stage

Either an acquisition or out-licensing agreement will be considered by the client from a partner who is either based or has a presence in Europe.
