Full description
Our client is an academic institution that has developed a unique anti-microbial monocaprin emulsion that has a number of potential uses including: as an additive in detergents, a cleaning solvent, to fight bacterial contamination of food, to fight common bacteria in animal husbandry i.e Camphylobacter and in extending the shelf-life of various processed products and cosmetics. In addition, monocaprin has been shown to be a part of the innate defence system of mammals.
