LONDON, July 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Manpower Software plc, the leading provider of workforce optimisation software applications and rostering solutions in the UK healthcare market, is pleased to announce that Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has selected Manpower Software's MAPS Healthroster solution for nurse rostering, with the intention of Trust-wide rollout to over 2,000 staff.

Mary Dunne, Director of Nursing, Quality and Patient Services at Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust commented: 'It was of primary importance that the Trust purchased an e-rostering system which the nursing staff found easy to use as they will be the main users of the system. During our evaluations it was very clear that MAPS Healthroster was the product which the nursing staff preferred to use. From the evidence supplied by various companies, Manpower Software presented greater experience at implementing this system successfully for what is an important and challenging project.'

Key to choosing the solution was a successful Roster Assessment, its proven e-rostering capability along with its strong user base in NHS Trusts across the local area. Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is also an existing user of Manpower Software's Bank Staff Management System (BSMS) part of the MAPS Health Suite. Expected benefits from the integrated solution include efficient use of staff, time savings for senior nurses, improved fairness for nursing staff and accurate payroll.
