LONDON, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Manpower Software plc, a leading workforce optimisation applications provider in the UK healthcare market, is pleased to announce a comprehensive interface between its industry leading e-Rostering and Bank Staff Management solutions in response to the growing requirement from its NHS customer base. NHS customers will have the opportunity to benefit from a stronger more functionally rich offering.

The interface between the two solutions allows us to improve the accuracy of temporary staff data, in turn enhancing the overall patient experience across all wards. This will provide the Trust with the electronic support required to run an integrated Bank and Rostering capability."

The interface will deliver a flexible, seamless transfer of temporary staff data from MAPS Healthroster to the BSMS Bank solution. Benefits of the interface include: better user experience, streamlined processes along with increased data accuracy. The two solutions combine to increase overall accuracy of data and reduce processing costs by eliminating the need to re-key MAPS Healthroster data into the Bank solution. It will also help save time and money over building a customised interface and will enable Trusts to eliminate temporary staff working double shifts.
