Solvay Pharmaceuticals is seeking to in-license late stage or filed/marketed products to commercialize in the emerging markets including Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, China, India and Russia.

Solvay is interested in in-licensing either late stage, filed, marketed or pending registration products from mid-sized pharmaceutical companies based in Europe or the US. Solvay Pharmaceuticals has excellent commercialization abilities covering both marketing and sales in the emerging markets and can therefore help to launch and fully establish marketed products there.

Solvay would be interested in products in the following therapeutic areas; cardiometabolic, gastro-intestinal, neurodegenerative disorders and women's health. The company isn't interested in acquiring generics.
