
Triton's current portfolio includes women's health (menopause) and urology
(OAB and interstitial cystitis.
1. The initial interest is in products that complement this portfolio
2. A second interest is in chronic therapy products where the specialist influence is
important.
Our 12 representatives call on urologists, obgyn. Urogyn, geriatricians and
some GPs. Because there is a relatively small number of each specialty in Canada (e.g.
500 urologists) we are able to consider anything that fits this profile.
As a privately-held Canadian company, Triton is an ideal partner for a company wishing to have a presence in North America with products as described above. As all countries, Canada has a unique environment for approval, pricing, reimbursement and promotion which requiresspecialized knowledge.
In addition to its experienced sales and marketing team, Triton provides distribution (through
a logistics supplier) as well as QA and pharmacovigilance.
Stage of Development
Triton requires a partnership and a licensing arrangement where the DIN (drug
identification number) is in Triton's name.
• Triton's focus is on products that already have marketing approval or have been submitted for marketing approval to Health Canada.
• For products that have a complete file (US, European), Triton can assist in the submission process.
• Products that have or will soon complete Phase III
