Our foremost interest is in woman's health, cardiology, diabetes, and products used by family practitioners and internists. We may also be interested in products prescribed by other niche physician categories.
Our strategy is to acquire or in-license prescription pharmaceutical products for sale in the United States and/or outside of the US which are promotion-sensitive and which are:
• In phase III (and perhaps phase II) of development
• Successful (or becoming successful) outside of the United States but which are not yet available in the United States; and
Further, we may also acquire companies with products and / or development pipelines consistent with the above. Finally, we intend to develop new patentable formulations, use new delivery methods and seek regulatory approval for new indications of existing drugs in furtherance of our life cycle strategies.
We are open to all different types of deals ranging from distribution in a country to acquisitions. We are mainly interested in bringing products to the US.
