Full description
Meldex International is keen to acquire brands or companies where it can add value to the product life cycle through developing line extensions using its drug delivery technology.
We are particularly interested in Gastrointestinal, Pain control and CNS, however others will be considered including OTC.
With regard to geographical focus we are interested in UK, France, Italy, Germany and the US
The types of assets we are interested in are:
1. Brands requiring promotion or launching
2. Companies
3. Brands where our drug delivery technology can be applied and line extensions developed
