Our leading apoptosis focused clinical stage drug development company seeks to in-license or acquire early stage clinical projects or technologies at phase I or II in the areas of either oncology or neurology.

Based on its platform technology of apoptosis targeting and tailoring of drug-membrane interactions, our clinical stage drug development company has a pipeline of products in several disease indications, including oncology and neurology.

The company is looking to acquire new candidates and offers expertise throughout the drug development value chain, from medicinal chemistry and rational drug design, to molecular biology, pharmacology, CMC, performance of multi-center clinical trials and regulatory affairs.

The company would prefer to source small molecule therapeutics that are within two years of completing phase II development. Candidates to be considered must come with a complete pre-clinical package, including pre-clinical efficacy results, and initial human safety data.

The client seeks an in-licensing or acquisition agreement from prospective companies; Companies with any interesting candidates may be of any size and from any geographic location but should provide products/technologies that have a clear unmet medical need combined with a strong market opportunity.
