Our client is a firmly established Russian animal health company with a strong distribution network that seeks to in-license new animal health products for the Russian marketplace.

Our Russian clients have been established for over 20 years and currently distribute animal medications around the Russian market.

The client is now looking for new animal health products that have no presence in Russia to bring in. Acting solely as an exclusive distributor partner our client aims to utilise its strong distribution network and necessary experience to introduce new products into their market.

The company will consider most animal health products however any pet-related products should be based around animal sedatives, cosmetics and specialist food products.

Livestock-related products will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Our client is already acting as a distributor on behalf of a large reputable European animal healthcare company.

The client is seeking to enter into new distribution or licensing agreements with companies that have novel animal health related products not currently available on the Russian marketplace.
