USCOM was incorporated in December 1999. USCOM became a public company in October 2003 and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on December 10, 2003. USCOM intends to become a major player in the world market for monitoring devices. The company's shareholders wish to take the company to market through an IPO by mid 2005.
