Nikomed Limited was founded in January 1990 and has been supplying, marketing and distributing quality medical products to NHS Trusts and Private Hospital Groups, either directly or through other distribution channels within the United Kingdom. In 2001 Nikomed Limited was acquired by Femcare Limited, the manufacturer of the world renowned Filshie Clip system. Thus, further strengthening the group's product portfolio to the UK healthcare market.
