WellSpring was founded in 1999 by Dr. Robert Vukovich who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. WellSpring Pharmaceutical distributes its own products and is seeking to contract manufacture products that have and continue to be manufactured for the company. WellSpring Pharmaceutical will develop late-stage, patented drugs intended for specialty or niche markets. The intent is to self-fund the development of these products from revenues generated by product sales. As part of it's strategy, WellSping will also continue to acquire new products for commercialization.
