Teikoku Pharma USA Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teikoku Seiyaku Inc. of Japan, is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops, and manufactures enhanced pharmaceutical products based on its transdermal drug delivery technologies. With our own R&D, Clinical and Regulatory expertise in-house and manufacturing facilities in Japan, we seek to formulate, and or co-develop products with our partners..  We then seek to license these products out to a marketer/distributor. 

Our drug delivery technologies make for a valuable life-cycle management asset for line-extensions of existing products, as well as for transdermal delivery of new drugs.
