Summary

Sernova was founded by Doug Marett, M.Sc. in 1992. In February 2000, through a Share Exchange Agreement, PHS was acquired by Mecca Medi-Tech (MEC), and the combined new entity was named Pheromone Sciences (PHS). On May 4th, 2004, Pheromone Sciences announced the conclusion of negiotiations resulting in the sale of all property and patents related to the Fertility Monitor product, technology and patents to HealthWatchSystems of Sarasota, Florida. The asset sale agreement was then closed on August 31, 2004. Sernova is a Canadian based, health sciences company focused on commercializing medical technologies and currently working to cure insulin dependent diabetes.
