On March 1 1999 a by Mr. Leon Van Rompay, currently the chairman and CEO of the company. The company has two divisions: pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The first one with a presence in the Benelux, France and Italy is focused on generic drugs, is pioneering with parallel import and is developing over-the-counter products and nutritional supplements. The second one is in full development with activities in the field of medical produtcts for hospitals, plasitc surgery, collagen treatment and obesity and abdomnial surgery.
