Luminex develops, manufactures and markets proprietary biological testing technologies with applications throughout the life sciences industry. Luminex plans to establish the LabMAP system as the industry standard for performing bioassays. They will focus on large, fast-growing segments of the life sciences industry including major pharmaceutical companies, large clinical laboratories, in vitro diagnostic manufacturers and major medical institutions. They will develop strategic partnerships to broaden and accelerate market acceptance of the LabMAP technology.
