Sinclair Pharmaceuticals

Sinclair Pharmaceuticals
Sinclair Pharma plc, a rapidly growing UK based pharmaceutical company is seeking distributors around the world.

The company in detail

Profile

Sinclair Pharma plc is an international pharmaceutical company focused on the sourcing and acquisition of niche, patented, late-stage or fully developed innovative products with the potential to reach the marketplace within a short timeframe.

Sinclair Pharma products are focused in the field of oral health, oncology support and dermatology. There are currently nine main products, seven of which are registered with regulatory authorities in either the EU and/or the US. The Company has already appointed distributors in over 40 countries for the Group's products.

The Group's strategy principally relies on the sourcing and acquisition of late stage or fully developed innovative products which have the potential to reach the marketplace within a relatively short time frame. This strategy is designed to reduce development risks and associated costs. The Directors intend to grow the Group by exploiting the Group's current products and IPR, and by making acquisitions. It is the Company's intention to register most of the Group's products that are not already registered in both the EU and the US as not all of the Group's products have been registered with the appropriate regulatory authorities in both the EU and the US. The Company will also pursue opportunities to introduce the Group's products in Japan.

To date, Sinclair Pharma has acquired two companies in Sweden and one in Italy for their portfolio of pharmaceutical products and IPR in the oral health, oncology support or dermatology fields.

Since the acquisition of the initial three companies, Sinclair Pharma has secured registration and licensing agreements for a number of these three companies' products. It intends to do the same with select products from the Euroderm portfolio.

For all licensing enquiries, please contact either Javier Boza or Sharon Collins.

For product information only, please contact Manisha Abay.
