Neuromed is a biopharmaceutical company developing new and improved pain therapies. Our goal is to create a better future for people who suffer from chronic pain.

In our most advanced program, we are developing NMED-1077 (OROS® Hydromorphone) a Phase 3 extended-release formulation of hydromorphone. Hydromorphone is a potent and widely-used pain reliever that currently requires several doses a day.  Our aim is to develop a once-daily hydromorphone.

In our second program, in partnership with Merck & Co.,  we are making advances in developing drug candidates to block N-type calcium channels, a new target involved in pain sensation.

Our third program of T-type calcium channel blockers is producing compounds showing promise for further development as therapies for acute and chronic pain, epilepsy and hypertension.

1.  Find co-promote partner for OROS hydromorphone for US territory targeting prescribers of long acting opioids.

2.  Identify potential collaboration partners for our T-type calcium channel blocker program.
