Evofem LLC is a privately held healthcare company that focuses on women's reproductive healthcare and personal care products. Evofem has a number of innovative Rx and OTC products, both in the market and in clinical development in the areas of feminine-hygiene, contraception and the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.

Currently, Evofem holds all of the outstanding capital stock of two operating entities: Evofem, Inc. and Cosmederm Bioscience, Inc.

Evofem, Inc. develops and markets innovative new products that provide women with more choices and greater control of their reproductive and personal healthcare.  To date, Evofem has focused its efforts on vaginal applications, conception, contraception, prevention of sexually transmitted infections, and menstrual care.

Evofem's wholly owned subsidiary, Cosmederm Bioscience, Inc. is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and markets uniquely potent topical dermatological products ranging from cosmeceuticals and OTC drugs to a pipeline of prescription drug candidates.

Cosmederm owns a family of anti-itch, anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant compounds that have been developed for dermatological and pain management applications. The patented technology selectively inhibits type C nociceptors, the nerves that transmit burning pain, stinging and itching caused by chemical irritants, allergic skin reactions, sunburn and many other conditions.

Peer-reviewed published clinical studies demonstrate that, when topically-applied, the compounds can selectively suppress the symptoms of sensory irritation without affecting other cutaneous sensations.

Evofem is seeking partners who would be interested in distributing or licensing Softcup and its pipeline of products in international markets.  

Cosmederm Bioscience is looking for distributors for current cosmeceutical and OTC drug products.  Open to licensing and/or JV to develop other novel OTC or Rx drugs using our technology.
