Inflabloc Pharmaceuticals was founded as Pharmadigm Bioscience in 1991, to commercialize technology licensed from the University of Utah Research Foundation pertaining to the discovery of novel biological properties of the adrenal steroid, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). The company changed its name to Pharmadigm, in November 1996 and in 2004, it became Inflabloc Pharmaceuticals. Inflabloc Pharmaceuticals is a privately-held pharmaceutical company which is focused on the research and development of pharmaceutical treatments for inflammatory diseases.
