Founded in 2001, Rimonyx's strategy is to discover and develop orally active, first-in-class medicines for key therapeutic indications via its proprietary drug screening technology. Rimonyx's lead program is the development of a series of novel anti-inflammatory compounds for the treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, represented by drug candidate RX-111. Rimonyx has built a pipeline of new chemical entities (NCEs) for indications such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Acute Pancreatitis. The Company has three drug candidates in preclinical development.
