Pharmalicensing brings you advice, commentary and analysis from industry experts.
High market penetration and top service, Dr Anders Holmberg, Managing Director Dextech Medical, summarizes Pharmalicensing.
After noticing Pharmalicensing as a reference in a biotechnology business memo and learning that the website covered the field of biotech, Dr Anders Holmberg and Dextech Medical decided to profile in May 2005.
Dextech Medical’s strategy
Dextech Medical is a drug development company focused on urologic oncology, discovering potential urologic oncology targets through its innovative technology.
At present Dextech has three promising drug programs in its expanding pipeline including a somatostatin derivative indicated for prostate cancer, a sialic acid binding derivative indicated for superficial urinary bladder cancer and an early development tissue protection program.
The company is interested in oncology out-licensing in early clinical phase and since joining Pharmalicensing has made several interesting contacts. Dr Anders Holmberg and the Marketing Director are the two members of Dextech that use the Pharmalicensing website the most often as a credible point of reference.
Highlights of the service
For Dr Holmberg, one of Pharmalicensing’s key strengths is the after sales service delivered by the business development team. This unique service is what sets Pharmalicensing aside in the biopharmaceutical business world.
The regular informative email newsletters were also a personal highlight of Pharmalicensing.
Dextech hopes Pharmalicensing will bring it contact with the right partners. When Dr Holmberg was asked about recommending Pharmalicensing to others, he replied, “without hesitation”. At the end of 2005, around 100 people, monthly viewed Dextech’s company profile on the Pharmalicensing website.
