She was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and worked at leading London firms Nabarro Nathanson, Slaughter and May and Bristows. She is author of 20 law books ranging from Business, Internet and the Law (1999: see http://www.tolley.co.uk) to Year 2000: Law and Liability (2nd ed 1999: see http://www.smlawpub.co.uk).
