Networks is a subscriber only section of Pharmalicensing, which is password protected. Subscriptions to Networks will be sold to named individuals and named companies on a per annum basis.

Networks profile entry is suitable for executives with business roles in the life sciences industry including, but not limited to Corporate, Business Development, Licensing, Service Companies, Consultancy, and other senior management roles directly involved in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Drug delivery, Drug discovery, Medical device, Diagnostic, Academic partnering activities.

To access and use the Networks section, subscribers to and profiling individuals are required to read and agree to abide by the following Acceptable Use of Networks policy and Networks Privacy policy.

Acceptable Use of Networks

Pharmalicensing Networks is a community area available only to Networks Subscribers. The Acceptable Use of Networks policy is intended to protect Networks directory profiling individuals from inappropriate use of their contact information posted for publication in Networks.

In purchasing a Networks subscription, each Networks Subscriber agrees to:

• Provide true and accurate personal information, including contact name, title, company, address, tel/fax and email, and web address of the Subscriber
• Use reasonable efforts to keep their contact information true, accurate and up to date
• Use the Networks section in a reasonable manner for the purposes of building and maintaining a global business contact network. Networks is seeded with profiles which result in correspondence returning to Pharmalicensing, in order to check for inappropriate mass mailing and emailing. Seeding is used to protect Networks profilers from inappropriate mass solicitation, which is forbidden under the Acceptable Use of Networks policy.
• Use email and other contact information only to make a reasonable number of genuine business development and network building communications. Specifically, Networks contact information should not be used for: 1) multiple email, mail, telephone or fax sales or promotional campaigns, 2) mass solicitation for business, whether it be for partnering opportunity promotion, general service sales, or any other promotional activity, all of which are regarded as unreasonable or inappropriate use. This is required to protect Networks profilers from having their contact information available in Networks being used for anything other than reasonable business development related correspondence.
• Accept Pharmalicensing's decision as final to suspend subscription for inappropriate use of the Networks section.
• Acknowledge that whilst Pharmalicensing uses reasonable efforts to ensure the information provided is accurate and up to date, it cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions, in particular but not restricted to profile entries not present for one or more companies.
• Alert Pharmalicensing of any errors or omissions. Pharmalicensing will make reasonable efforts to update the information in a timely manner. In profiling in Networks, each Networks profiler agrees to:
• Provide true and accurate personal information, including contact name, title, company, address, tel/fax and email, and web address of the Subscriber
• Use reasonable efforts to keep their contact information true, accurate and up to date
• Inform support@pharmalicensing.com of any correspondence received from Networks users which you believe to be inappropriate use of your Network contact information. In the event that Pharmalicensing agrees that the correspondence is inappropriate usage of the Networks section, the Networks user will be requested not to continue using the Networks section in an inappropriate manner. If the Networks user continues to make inappropriate usage of the Networks section, their subscription will be suspended until such time as the Networks subscriber agrees to reasonable use levels or can demonstrate that their use has not and will not cause complaint from other listed Networks profilers.
• Accept Pharmalicensing's decision as final when deciding whether to accept requests for inclusion, and decisions to suspend subscription for inappropriate use of the Networks section.
• Inform Pharmalicensing at any time if they wish to have their profile entry removed from Networks.

The number of emails sent via Networks section will be monitored for each networks subscriber to check for unreasonable use. Any Networks subscriber found to be making unreasonable use will have Networks subscription suspended, until such time as the Networks subscriber agrees to reasonable use levels or can demonstrate that their use has not and will not cause complaint from listed Networks Members.

For avoidance of doubt, Pharmalicensing will not monitor the content of any emails drafted or sent through the Networks section. All email sent via Networks is regarded as confidential, will not be made available to any employee of Pharmalicensing, or any third party, unless required to do so by law.

Networks Privacy

Introduction

Pharmalicensing Ltd ("Pharmalicensing") respects the privacy of Networks profilers ("Networks Members"), and is dedicated to honouring their preferences regarding use and disclosure of information collected while using the Networks section of the pharmalicensing.com web site (the "Web Site"). pharmalicensing is continually developing technology to enhance Web Site features and security, and to provide Networks Members with choices regarding information use and disclosure. This Privacy Policy sets forth Pharmalicensing's policies regarding collection, storage, access, use and disclosure of information relating to a Networks Member's application, registration, use of the Networks section and communications with Pharmalicensing. Information Processing Activities and Consent

Networks registration and Profile Information: The Networks Member registration form requires users to provide certain information, including name, company, title, email address, phone number and mailing address, which Pharmalicensing will use to verify that each registrant meets the minimum criteria for becoming a Networks Member. There is a Networks directory into which contact information, personal profile and public interests are posted. Other Networks Member-specific information is used only internally by Pharmalicensing to operate the Web Site and to communicate with the Networks Member. Other Networks Member-specific information is available to other Networks Members only to the extent authorized by a Networks Member according to Networks preferences, or as authorized by a Networks Member in the context of a particular transaction. Pharmalicensing may add Networks Members and update the information of existing Networks Members only to extent that the information can already be shown to be in the Public Domain. Public Domain includes business cards, company website entries, conference promotional material entries and other materials which can be shown to be available in the public domain.

Aggregated Information:

Pharmalicensing may collect, use and disclose for marketing and other purposes certain general, demographic and statistical information regarding to Networks content and usage. Such information is aggregated prior to disclosure, and will not include any personally identifying information specific to a particular Networks Member.

Member Communications and Marketing: Pharmalicensing may use a Network Member's contact information, such as an email address, to communicate with such Networks Member regarding available services, to notify such Network Member of changes in Networks functionality and features, product and service updates, patches, policy changes, billing and other activities relating to a Networks Member's use of the Networks section.

As part of your use of the Web Site, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your Networks membership information with current, accurate, and complete information. Networks Members may view, update, and/or edit the contact information they have provided to Pharmalicensing by logging in and following the appropriate instructions. Networks Members may also discontinue use of our service by sending an email with their username and "Remove Networks Member" in the subject line to support@pharmalicensing.com.

As a condition of your membership of Networks, you consent to the processing by Pharmalicensing of your personal data in accordance with, and as envisaged in, the Networks Partnering Contact Directory description, this Networks Privacy policy and the Acceptable Use of Networks policy.

Public Forums

Pharmalicensing may make message boards and discussion forums available on the Networks section. If you choose to voluntarily disclose certain information on any such area of the Networks section, you understand and agree that such information will be freely accessible by other users of the Networks section. Therefore, we encourage you to exercise caution when posting information on public message boards or discussion forums.
